Multiple engagements using LLMs (Claude, Llama, GPT) for code refactoring and document retrieval: legacy codebase migration for a Healthcare provider, and question-answering chatbots to retrieve information from technical documentation for Financial and Equipment Rental clients.
Two engagements applying text classification, sentiment analysis, and topic modelling to operational problems: product taxonomy harmonisation for a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) & Manufacturing company, and safety theme extraction using LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) from incident reports for an Energy & Utility client.
Telecommunications: network predictive maintenance. Built a device health scoring system to proactively identify at-risk network infrastructure before service disruption, replacing reactive engineer dispatch with planned preventive maintenance. Validated in one region and extrapolated nationwide. Projected savings: $8M+ annually, ~30K fewer support calls, ~6K fewer service visits.
Healthcare: data lake implementation. Six regional health information exchange networks aggregated patient data from hospitals, clinics, screening centres, and community health organisations across the state. The pipeline ingested 2 million FHIR-formatted records per day, built and maintained by a team of four data engineers and a lead architect. Snowflake task orchestrations and data quality checks ran across all source systems; compliance controls for patient data were applied throughout. Outputs on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules supported state health programme analytics covering ~5 million residents.
